Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry recently announced the first look of his new series on Peacock, "Mr. Throwback." The 2024 Olympian shared the first-ever trailer for the series on Instagram, and his wife, Ayesha Curry, sent him words of praise regarding the show.

The series will be a mockumentary that features Curry himself playing a real-life role on the Warriors as an NBA star with his former middle school teammate, Danny Grossman.

“I’m looking forward to viewers getting to see me play a version of myself no one has ever seen before, and hope they feel connected to the characters and the dilemmas they face throughout the series," Curry said in a previous statement.

Ayesha responded to the trailer by praising her husband's ability to be a star on and off the court. "He does it all, you guys!" Ayesha posted with a blushing emoji.

Curry is currently in Paris, France, preparing for international play at the Summer Olympics. His Team USA squad went 5-0 in exhibition games, taking down Germany, South Sudan, Serbia, Australia, and Canada. They'll play their first match of the Olympic Games against Team Serbia on July 28 at 11:15 a.m. ET.

The four-time NBA champion is a starter for Team USA, playing in his first Olympic event. He finished the 2023–24 season with the Warriors, averaging 26.4 points and 5.1 assists per game.

Steph has already shown his incredible talent on the hardwood, and now his acting skills will be put to the test in "Mr. Throwback."

Ayesha seems to approve of her husband's off-court talent, but fans will have their chance to critique the NBA veteran when the show launches on Aug. 8.
