The San Jose Sharks have announced they have issued qualifying offers to seven restricted free agents.

Egor Afanasyev, Thomas Bordeleau, Brandon Coe, Ty Dellandrea, Ty Emberson, Carl Grundstrom, and Henry Thrun were qualified, and the Sharks retained their rights.

The Sharks will now proceed to contract negotiations for the seven qualified players, or the player can accept the one-year qualifying offer contract.

The Sharks did not qualify Calen Addison, Filip Zadina, Jack Studnicka, and Jacob Peterson. Those four players will become unrestricted free agents.
