A New Eatery Is Coming to Three Sixty Residencies

According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery is coming to Three Sixty Residencies — a “22-storey, 82.18 m residential skyscraper in downtown San Jose.”

At 389 S 1st Street , the building is located near businesses such as Academia Coffee, Guilhouse, and The Studio Climbing and is already home to the dining concept Aura Kitchen + Bar.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the dining concept’s owner, Angel Vo , to inquire about their plans for the establishment, but they could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing states that the name of the eatery will be 389 Square .

For readers who are unfamiliar with Three Sixty Residencies, the development is owned by Essex , “a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, develops, redevelops, and manages multifamily apartment communities located in supply-constrained markets,” according to its website.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
