( KRON ) — Several people were arrested Saturday night in connection to a sideshow and several reported shootings, the San Jose Police Department said on Sunday. In an elaborate social media post, SJPD detailed a number of incidents, beginning with a report of someone being shot following a fight at a sideshow.

Officers responded to the incident at 10:48 p.m. Saturday.

Arriving at the scene, officers encountered a shooting victim who was loaded into a vehicle that then fled the scene. Officers later located the victim at a hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.

Two separate homicides occurred in Fremont on Saturday

A second victim, who police said was also suffering from a gunshot wound, flagged down officers near the original scene. That victim was also taken to the hospital for treatment.

A short while later, at around 11 p.m., patrol officers initiated a vehicle enforcement stop for multiple vehicle code violations. The driver and a passenger were both under the influence, police said.

Officers searched the vehicle and found a loaded ghost gun with a large-capacity magazine under the passenger seat. The passenger, police said, was a validated gang member who was prohibited from possessing a firearm. Both suspects were booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Later, around midnight, SJPD officers came across multiple gang members drinking alcohol in public. One of them attempted to flee but was detained. That suspected admitted to being in possession of a firearm. Officers located a loaded semi-automatic handgun near where the suspect was seated.

A concealed fixed blade knife was located on another suspect

Officers responded to another incident at around 2 a.m. after getting a report of gunshots in a business parking lot. SJPD officers were already nearby for another call when they heard the gunshots. Police detained a group of individuals after being identified. One suspect, who police said was prohibited from possessing firearms, had a loaded ghost gun on their person.

That suspect was also booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail.
