The San Francisco-based $7.75 billion Perigon Wealth Management is partnering with the iCapital alternative investment marketplace platform to help Perigon’s financial advisors meet growing client demand for private market vehicles. The new venture will provide access to “a diversified range of alternative investments,” including private equity, private credit, hedge funds and real assets, the companies said in a joint statement.

On June 5th, RT&S reported Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) would start replacing a series of interlockingsbetween its Rockridge, MacArthur, and 19th Street stations. The work that was originally scheduled for the weekend of July 20th-21st was postponed until August.

The city of Oakland on Tuesday is expected to clear a homeless encampment near the Bay Bridge toll plaza after an advocates' lawsuit failed to block the sweep. At least six unhoused residents live in the encampment on Toll Plaza Beach, which is just northwest of the toll plaza. Some live in RVs, and at least one person has lived there for four years.
