Councilman John Norman announces re-election to District 2
MIDLAND, Texas (KOSA) - Councilman John Norman is running to be re-elected to Midland City Council District 2. He won the seat in 2020 with 62 percent of the vote. Councilman Norman said in a release to CBS7 that he plans to bring new businesses to create job opportunities, invest in infrastructure, housing and community facilities in District 2.
