The white SUV reportedly struck the officer in his left knee. The SUV also reportedly hit the officer’s flashlight before continuing westbound on Scudder Ave. Part of the broken flashlight was photographed on the side of Scudder Ave. HN spoke with the officer and he seemed a little shook up from being hit, and he appeared to be limping a little bit.
