Minnesota Secretary of State, Steve Simon, visited Mesabi Metallics Co. last week to tour the growing construction of Mesabi’s state-of-the-art, 7-million metric ton per year taconite mining and Direct Reduction grade pellet plant, which is on track to start commercial operations in the first quarter of 2026. Puppy stolen in Minneapolis, police ask for public's help
MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the people who are suspected of stealing a Cane Corso puppy on Monday. Police say a 78-year-old man was knocked to the ground and his Cane Corso puppy was taken around 4 p.m. on Aug. 5 on the 1800 block of 3rd Avenue South.
