People for Sandy PAC to host event, opportunity to meet endorsed candidates

The People For Sandy PAC will host an Orange Tent Event in Centennial Plaza (opposite Sandy City Hall on Pioneer Boulevard) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24.

This event is to provide community members a chance to meet the Sandy City Council and mayoral candidates endorsed by the PAC, including Council President Laurie Smallwood, Shawna Lundry and Aryn Ferguson.

Games, hot dogs and shave ice will also be provided. All ages are welcome.
