Sandy Springs has replaced its mobile app for residents to submit non-emergency requests with a new web-based mobile platform for Sandy Springs Works.

The web-based platform is more user-friendly and offers a more streamlined and efficient way for residents to connect with the city, according to a press release. To access the new platform, visit http://www.spr.gs/works .

Sandy Springs Works allows citizens to report a street light outage, request a pothole repair, or submit a code enforcement complaint. Status updates are made on the platform to keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.

“We are committed to making government services more accessible and efficient for our residents,” said Mayor Rusty Paul. “This is a significant upgrade from our previous app, offering a more intuitive interface and experience.”

The existing app will be officially discontinued in the App Store and Google Play on July 1.
