The Real Estate Fix With Rich Szerman
On today’s episode of the Real Estate Fix, your host Rich Szerman gives a rundown of real estate numbers, both current and historic. New and active listings in the Santa Clarita Valley are up year over year for both single family homes and condos and pending sales are down. The current market is great for buyers and if you’re in the market to sell, Rich emphasizes the importance of ensuring your home is a great deal for buyers as the inventory is high. Rich gives a quick history lesson in real estate, citing numbers from 1960 to present day and the vast change Americans have seen since. Housing has increased nearly 130 percent where incomes have only increased about 40 percent. Call Rich if you need help with a foreclosure, real estate purchase or more. 661-714-1400.
