Abrazos y Coscorrones: Thumbs up for local voters, down for local gov
ABRAZOS to all of you who care about the future of our city, county, state and nation. To those of you who will never forget all those individuals who served our country and sacrificed the ultimate so that we can have the privilege to vote on Tuesday, July 30. Registered early voters should have already received their early ballots that they can mail in or deliver in person at an official site. I have never missed an election, including that time I had to leave Tempe at 3 a.m. to arrive in Nogales at 6 a.m. and vote, then immediately travel back for my classes at Arizona State University. Every vote matters, so let’s proudly do our civic duty and cast our ballots. After the election, remember to pay attention to how those who earned your vote perform in office.
