Suspect in slow-speed chase arrested in Aptos
APTOS, Calif. — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office said they have arrested the man allegedly involved in a standoff and slow-speed chase that occurred on Tuesday. Kyle Roswall was arrested near 100 100 Sabina Way at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. He was arrested for a court order violation and for the warrant that was issued for the Aptos incident, said a spokesperson for the sheriff's office.
