Authorities located an at-risk Santa Rosa woman who walked out of a northwest Santa Rosa group home Monday, police said.

A California Highway Patrol officer found Jennifer Skizewski on Monday morning along the shoulder of Highway 101 near Todd Road, south of Santa Rosa, Sgt. Patricia Seffens said.

Skizewski, 35, did not have any injuries and “appears to be in good health,” she said.

Skizewski had left her residence in the 600 block of West Third Street, just north of Highway 12, sometime between 1 and 7:30 a.m., the Santa Rosa police said in a news release.

The reporting party did not know what direction she traveled but told police she was probably on foot.

She was found about 4 miles from the home.

She appeared disoriented and the officer checked her into a hospital for an assessment.
