SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Hurricane Debby’s record breaking rainfall and flooding is still having effects on the Suncoast—in the form of adverse water quality. According to Suncoast Waterkeeper Executive Director Abbey Tyrna, several tens of millions of gallons of sewage were expelled into local waterways, contaminating Palma Sola Bay and other bodies of water.
Culverhouse donates $100,000 to Legal Aid of Manasota after funding cuts
