Rensselaer man pleads guilty to weapon possession in Saratoga County
BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — A Rensselaer man recently pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen announced that Thomas R. McCall (DOB 11/12/1998) pleaded guilty to Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class “C” Violent Felony in violation of New York State Penal Law §265.03(3) in the Saratoga County Court before the Hon. James A. Murphy, III. This plea satisfies the charges the McCall faced from his March 25, 2024 arrest.
