Farm Aid Announces 2024 Lineup For New York, Including Founders Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp & More

The 2024 lineup is here. Today, Farm Aid announced that the festival will take place on September 21st at Saratoga Performing Arts Center in Saratoga Springs, New York. Of course, founding members Willie Nelson , Neil Young and John Mellencamp will take the stage, as well as Dave Matthews (with Tim Reynolds), Lukas Nelson with the Travelin’ McCourys, Charley Crockett, Mavis Staples, Nathaniel Rateliff & the Night Sweats and more. The annual festival was founded by Willie, John Mellencamp and Neil Young in 1985 as an annual benefit concert held for American farmers. Dave Matthews joined the Farm Aid Board of Directors in 2001, and Margo Price joined in 2021. In a statement , Willie says they're "energized" to get back to New York and support the farmers in The Empire State: "We’re energized to be back in New York. The farmers here have always found ways to innovate and contribute to their communities, even as they deal with uncertainties, extreme weather and policies that favor corporations over people. Farmers need us to stand with them as they work to grow our future."
