The Saratoga City Tavern property was built in 1906 and has 7,770 square feet. Roohan Realty said the tavern has strong business revenues with a 3,000 member mug club, a private event space, and live entertainment. The buyer could also expand food service with two kitchens in the building.

“This is a rare opportunity to own a cornerstone of Caroline Street,” said Cindy Hollowood of Roohan Realty. “The bar’s reputation, coupled with its prime location, presents limitless potential for a new owner to continue its legacy.”
