Two arrested in Erie County narcotics investigation in major drug bust
(WNY News Now) – On Saturday morning, Dewayne A. Vass of Getzville was arraigned before Buffalo City Court Judge Diane Y. Wray, who was also acting as an Amherst Town Court Justice. Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced that Vass faced charges including two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Class “A-I” felonies), four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class “B” felonies), one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree (Class “C” violent felony), and six counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class “A” misdemeanors).
