Mississippi woman wins $5,000 with $10 ticket — among 9 Mississippi Lottery players who won big Monday
A Madison woman won $5,000 with a $10 scratch-off lottery ticket and was one of nine big winners announced by the Mississippi Lottery website Monday. In all, $16,600 in winnings were posted on the website on Monday. Prizes above $600 are announced on the website after winners claim their prize at the Mississippi Lottery Headquarters in Flowood. Prizes under $600 are not reflected in the winnings posted on the website. Those winnings are collected at individual retail outlets.
