A Shreveport man who shot and killed a romantic rival at a Pines Road apartment must spend the rest of his natural life in prison, a Caddo Parish judge has decreed. District Judge Donald Hathaway Jr. sentenced Zhane Quinn Persley, 26, Thursday, August 22, to life in prison without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence, as mandated by state law.
