Lawyer to Committee: Lift Unfair Restrictions That Forced Dave’s Who’s Inn to Close the Doors
Restrictions imposed by the City of Sheboygan on a well-known tavern will be discussed in committee after being labeled unfair and vague by its lawyer. Attorney Richard Hahn of Holden & Hahn law firm says that requirements to prohibit minors from the property and to use a scanner and metal detector on clients in order to maintain the Class-B liquor license for Dave’s Who’s Inn are conditions no other tavern is required to meet, and that the reasons for imposing them are vague and unfair.
