Heist Brewery is in Charlotte's. Heist started as an 8.5 barrel brewery focusing on Belgian and German-style brews. Over the years, they have transitioned towards fruited sours, stouts, and hazy IPAs.

Their kitchen is chef-driven and on a tapas-style dinner menu and wood-fired flatbreads. The drinks are great too. Always clean, friendly staff and delicious food. Their waitress is knowledgeable and friendly.

The eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon, and potatoes are all delicious. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside!! The berry compote & cream cheese dips are pair with the maple syrup. The tuna poke bowl is light and refreshing. Their Service is fast and attentive.
