Carroll Daniel Construction Co. is expanding, opening a new office location in Savannah.
As Southeast Georgia and its coastal communities continue to grow, Carroll Daniel is focused on partnering with businesses and community leaders to build for the future, the release stated. The firm’s Savannah location will focus on private and public projects, with a concentration on manufacturing and infrastructure as it supports a growing client base in the region.
With the latest office opening in Savannah, Carroll Daniel now has six office locations across the Southeastern U.S., including Greenville.
“Establishing a permanent presence in Savannah is a natural next step for our business as we continue to expand our footprint to better serve our clients base” said Brian Daniel, president and CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction Co., in the release. “Savannah is a major driver of economic development and business growth in Georgia and beyond, and certainly a significant focus for Carroll Daniel. Savannah is familiar territory for us having worked in Southeast Georgia for many years.”

Vice President and Division Manager Alan Schuetze will lead the new office and represent Carroll Daniel in Savannah and on the Georgia coast, according to a news release. Schuetze brings 15 years of experience with Carroll Daniel, managing construction operations and business development in Georgia and the Carolinas in previous roles.
“Alan Schuetze is the perfect leader to expand our operations into Savannah” said Daniel in the release. “He has trusted business relationships across the Southeast and is well respected in the industry.”
Carroll Daniel’s work stretches across the southeast, including notable projects for several private and public companies in Georgia most recently Georgia Ports Authority, Kubota Manufacturing of America, Delta Airlines, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Continental Tire, MARTA, and others.
