SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Throughout the month of July, the Telfair Children’s Art Museum (CAM) is inviting little ones and their families to celebrate the first birthday of the beloved mascot, Cammy the Chameleon, and the first anniversary of CAM, with a full schedule of programs and events.

CAM is a destination for families seeking interactive and educational experiences in the arts. It features exhibits across two floors, including a family lounge and toddler area, and a landscape gallery of art in modern technology.

Throughout its inaugural year, CAM has offered visitors hands-on activities that encourage children to express their creativity. It also introduced the concepts of impressionism to life through interactive displays and fundamentals of color.

In addition to a month of programs and events, Telfair invites everyone to consider making a donation to support children’s programming and outreach. Donations of any size will be celebrated with a Cammy name card, displayed at the Jepson Center.

Patrons are also encouraged to visit the Jepson Center throughout the month to “Count the

Cammys” for a chance to win prizes. Gifts of over $25 qualify to receive a coupon
