Willard Airport hosting TSA PreCheck enrollment events

SAVOY, Ill. (WCIA) — This August and December, Willard Airport will host pop-up events for TSA PreCheck enrollment to help make flight prep and security easier for passengers.

TSA PreCheck can make moving through airport security less time-consuming and stressful for low-risk travelers. Enrolled flyers don’t need to remove their shoes, laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, belts or light jackets for inspection. Children 17 and under can also utilize these benefits if an adult with TSA PreCheck is shown on their boarding pass.

Enrollment events will take place Aug. 5 – 9 and Dec. 2 – 6 in Willard Airport’s second-floor conference room.

Those interested in TSA PreCheck should enroll ahead of time and learn more information at iflycu.com/tsa-precheck-event . Appointments will open 30 days prior to the event and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
