Canvassing dates set for elections
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Board of County Commissioners set the canvassing dates for the Aug. 6 primary election for Aug. 14 and the Nov. 5 general election for Nov. 13. Those coincide with the commission's regular meeting dates in those months. They will begin the canvassing process at the Reno County Annex at 8 a.m. and then return at 4 p.m. after any necessary counting is completed on each of those days.

CAMDEN CO., Mo. (KCTV) - A Kansas rider was seriously injured after another Kansas boater collided with her innertube on Lake of the Ozarks. Felony charges filed against father accused in Amber Alert abduction
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (KCTV) - New charges are filed in the case of a man accused of abducting a woman and their 2-year-old son on July 17 in Kansas City, Kansas.
