    Andy Hayes of Spencer/Hines Properties represented seller NJP 12 Trust in the sale of 3.32 acres of land at Highway 290 and Berry Shoals Road in Duncan. HWY 290 Storage Partners LLC bought the property for $758,000.


    Midlands

    Martin Moore, Aaron Dupree and Marie Dieckmann of CBRE represented the buyer, South Carolina Environment Association Waterworks Association and Water Environment Association, of 3.01 acres on Business Park Road in Lexington County.


    Jeff Hein, Will DuPree and Hope Andrews of NAI Columbia sold 1,200 square feet office space at 6 Clusters Court in Columbia. The space sold for $113,500.


    Ben Kelly, Patrick Chambers and Jack Springs of NAI Columbia sold 1,200 square feet at 141 Dreher Road in West Columbia. The industrial space sold for $113,500.


    Ryan McCue of Colliers represented the seller in the disposition of 28.7 acres of land at 291 Irving Road in Ridge Spring to Southern Magnolia Family Farm.
