    Chick-fil-A kicks off Timberwolves season with free nuggets in St. Cloud, Twin Cities

    The Timberwolves season is here, and while it revives memories of cheering on Minnesota’s men's basketball team, it isn’t the only good news.

    Chick-fil-A is offering free eight-count nuggets on its mobile app from Oct. 22 through Oct. 24, according to a media release. The deal is good while supplies last.

    Customers can get free chicken nuggets in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud areas, but restaurant-goers must order through the app with location services turned on.

    The deal is limited to one per person and only valid at participating St. Cloud and Twin Cities locations.

    The Minnesota Timberwolves play against the Los Angeles Lakers at 9 p.m. on Oct. 22. It is an away game, but it will be broadcast on TNT .

    “As the Timberwolves jump start another season, we can’t wait to offer our guests a delicious way to celebrate,” Doug Marshall, local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center, said in the release. “Whether you’re enjoying the first game at home or cheering them on in person, we hope this offer brings fans together. Go Wolves!”
