Attorney General Michelle Henry is taking a Pittsburgh-area home contractor to court over allegations of shady business practices. In a lawsuit filed against Brothers All Around Service, LLC and its owner, John McDonald, Henry asserts that the Allegheny County company engaged in illegal contracts and failed to both complete work and issue refunds for consumers.
