Man on Texas most wanted immigrant list arrested in Houston, officials say

On Wednesday, June 5th around 10 a.m. Juan Carlos Benn was found dead in a drainage area along the 13300 block of Blanco Road. The Bexar County Medical Examiner ruled the victim's death a homicide.
