SAN ANONIO (KTSA News) — A proposal for a new downtown baseball stadium will be the topic of a special session of the San Antonio city council Thursday. The plan calls for the $160 million stadium to be built in the San Pedro Creek Culture Park area with the cost being split between the city, Bexar County and the San Antonio Missions baseball team.
