Scottsdale Railroad & Mechanical Society names executive officers

The Scottsdale Railroad & Mechanical Society board of directors recently elected its new executive officers for 2024.

This includes president William Scarbrough, Land Development Consultants; vice president Prescott Smith, Technical Solutions; secretary Bob McNair, McNair Management Group; treasurer Rachel Cooper, Pescatore Cooper PLC; and past president Eric Damko, National Bank of Arizona.

Originally chartered in 1971 by Guy Stillman, the SRMS is a nonprofit civic support organization that operates solely to benefit the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale, 7301 E. Indian Bend Road.

The SRMS continually works to maintain and enhance the Railroad Park and its activities that are enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of Scottsdale residents and visitors every year.
