Name: Ashley Leroux Sullivan / Patrick Sullivan Jr.

    Age: 40 / 46

Where do you call home: Fountain Hills, Ariz.

Occupation: Owners of multiple Scottsdale-based businesses including Jigsaw Health, The Orchard at Jigsaw Health and the Arizona Pickleball League.

Why you chose to work in your field: We have a passion for helping people feel good and enjoying the sport of pickleball.

What I like most about what I do: We get to have fun while helping people improve their health and quality of life.

What is your favorite color: teal/blue

If you had a pet, what would it be: We have two toy Aussiedoodles, Monk and Lola and they are the best little buddies that anyone could have. We take them everywhere with us.

Where would you recommend eating in the Valley: Amelia’s by EAT. Everything there is made with the highest quality and locally sourced ingredients.

Your favorite sports team and/or season: We are die-hard Pickleball fans.

Your favorite entertainment venue: This may sound self-serving but the truth is, we happen to own our favorite venue. The Orchard at Jigsaw Health is a boutique stadium that hosts high-end pro indoor pickleball events. It’s like Disneyland for pickleball players.

One thing I want my clients/neighbors to know about me: We love to support our local neighbors any way we can. At Jigsaw Health we embrace what we call “edutainment” – where we educate our audience in a fun and entertaining way through quirky videos and sometimes a song.

People who inspired me (and how): Roy H. Williams is the author of “Wizard of Ads” and the founder of the best marketing school in the world called Wizard Academy in Austin, Texas. He teaches brand-building strategies in an effort to win the heart of your audience instead of direct marketing, “pay-per-click” type of strategies. “Win the heart, and the mind will follow.” - Roy H. Williams

My advice to today’s youth: There is no substitute for a great customer experience. Make that your number one priority and you’re off to the races. We live in a world of instant gratification, and that can challenge our patience. But more times than not, success is followed by time and repetition.
