SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A jury has found a man guilty of selling fentanyl across Luzerne and Lackawanna County.

According to U.S. Attorney Gerard M. Karam, a jury found Kevin Jones, aka “Hat”, 39, of Wilkes-Barre, guilty of conspiring to distribute more than 400 grams of fentanyl.

Officials say Jones was one of fifteen charged in February 2023 for conspiring to sell pills containing fentanyl via the mail from co-conspirators in Arizona.
