    You have no clue, apparently, what tremendous advancements and science have been learned from space travel. This is simply the cost of such advancements. This isn't building a car for Christs sake. This is extremely complicated shit! On the scale of things money is spent on, this is not a waste IMO

    That's the only way for the design engineers are are going to figure out what happened. In spite of the people making political based comments, it seems to me that the fault will wind up being traced back to the sub who manufactured the helium system valves. In other words, I'm pretty sure the problem wasn't engineering. It was poor quality control on the part of the valve source and Boeing. I'll wait on the investigation rather than falling into the Neanderthal "Og say Boeing bad" kind of reasoning.
