November 29, 1947 - July 20, 2024 Carol Elaine Millsap, 76, of Sylvania passed away Saturday morning at Optim Medical Center in Screven County. Elaine was born the oldest daughter to the late Harry Tell and Virginia Arrington Hodges in Savannah, GA. The long time native of Screven County grew up attending North Newington Baptist Church. When the family moved to Sylvania, she became a long-standing member of First Baptist Church. The Lord and the Church were a staple in her life and the lives of her family.
