BELFAST — Waterfall Arts, in collaboration with Coastal Mountains Land Trust, will hold the opening reception for “Fields” by Bo Dennis. The exhibit is an installation by the artist and farmer behind Dandy Ram, a floral design studio and flower farm based in Monroe. In 2007, Allysa Anderson, the middle school music teacher at Camden-Rockport Middle School (CRMS), placed a guitar in the hands of sixth-grader Alice Limoges for the first time. That moment sparked a musical journey for Alice, a Rockport native, leading her to a vibrant career in music. After graduating from CHRHS, Alice spent seven years in New York City, where she studied, taught, and performed music, eventually becoming a private music instructor. Since then, Alice has performed on a Grammy Award-winning album, released five albums of her own, received honors in the International Songwriting Competition, and toured extensively from Washington, DC, to Montreal.

ROCKLAND — The Strand Theatre will present the 2024-25 season of The Met: Live in HD, the Metropolitan Opera’s award-winning series of live high-definition cinema simulcasts from New York City.
