Each year, when I see all that optimism in the eyes of Mariner fans, I just feel nothing but pity for them. They are like abused spouses. They think THIS time it will be different. Then they are heartbroken and disappointed when the result is exactly the same as before.

The Mariners are making plenty of money. People keep packing stands, paying outrageous prices for a hotdog and a beer, paying outrageous prices for parking, making it too expensive to bring any children to the game. They make plenty of money people keep going to the game it’s time to boycott the Mariners, don’t go to the games that’s how you stop them from messing with us
