WNBA rookie Nika Muhl recently went viral for her pregame outfit ahead of her professional debut. Muhl has been working through visa issues, attempting to acquire a work visa to be able to play in the WNBA, and she was finally able to get the necessary paperwork to play against the Indiana Fever on May 22nd.

The Croatia native played just three minutes in the matchup, recording two rebounds, but her on-court appearance was never the topic of conversation.

She wore a show-stopping t-shirt with a picture of her visa that says "approved." The Seattle Storm rookie recently spoke on the inspiration behind the shirt and what pregame fashion in the WNBA means to her.

The post on her explaining her pregame outfit currently has 237,200 views. Everyone wanted to know who was behind the creativity of the infamous t-shirt.

"I did not think that was going to blow up the way it did," said Muhl, per Alyssa Charlston on X.

She detailed how the t-shirt came about, mentioning her parent's involvement in the process.

"I like fashion, I've always been into it, my mom got me into it. The pregame fits are new to me, the whole tunnel thing, I always loved the idea of it... Now that I have this opportunity, I just like being myself in that kind of way." continued Muhl.

It wasn't just the mother-daughter duo that got the job done. Her father played a huge role in making Muhl one of the most talked about athletes in the WNBA.

"My dad actually is a graphic designer and he made and kind of had this idea... He actually made it and sent it to me while I was in Vancouver, and I was like 'I got to put this on a shirt.' To print the shirt was faster than to get my visa."
