From iconic surrealist films to a Bob Dylan jukebox musical — plus plenty of ice cream and Pride — here's what to do this weekend.

    Thursday

👑 Fetch your most glamorous Gore-Tex. Environmentalist drag queen Pattie Gonia presents "Save Her! An Environmental Drag Show" at the Showbox at 8pm. Tickets from $25 .

🎙️ Calling all Bob Dylan freaks. The Tony-winning musical "Girl From the North Country" is a tour of Dylan's greatest hits and an "Our Town"-esque psychological journey through the hearts and minds of a boardinghouse community in Depression-era Minnesota. 7:30pm, tickets from $25. Also Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    Friday

🍦 The Pastry Project opens its soft serve window in Pioneer Square. Drop by for soft serve, and get there early: The first 100 customers get a free ice cream sandwich. Open Fridays–Sundays, 3–8pm until Sept. 1.

🎶 Can't get enough musical theater? Tony-winning "Spring Awakening," with music by Duncan Sheik, continues its run at the 5th Avenue Theatre Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets from $39 .

    Saturday

💐 Celebrate lavender season at Our Legacy Fields lavender farm in Stanwood . The opening celebration features food trucks, ice cream, a u-pick flower field, beekeeping lessons and even picnic blankets (if you forgot to bring your own). 10am–6pm.

    Sunday

🏳️‍🌈 The 50th annual Seattle Pride Parade kicks off at 11am downtown along Fourth Avenue. Line up alongside an expected 300,000 celebrants for the largest Pride parade in the state.

🎥 Get cultured at the Beacon's screening of four films from essential surrealist photographer Man Ray, including "Return to Reason," which juxtaposes Man Ray's groundbreaking experimental imagery with drone rock from Jim Jarmusch and Carter Logan. Screens at 4pm, tickets $12.50.
