Seahawks hype video has Geno Smith, WRs working to 'Not Like Us'

Veterans for the Seattle Seahawks report to training camp this week and so will begin the first camp under new head coach Mike Macdonald. While this is technically his team, quarterback Geno Smith is still undeniably their leader on the field and in the locker room. Smith has set the tone throughout this offseason as he puts in work preparing for his third year as Seattle's starter in the post-Russell Wilson era.

We just found another video of Smith putting in that work with his receivers. In this case it's Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Laviska Shenault running routes at SMU set to the tunes of Kendrick Lamar's super-viral Drake diss track "Not Like Us." Watch.

JSN should be a major component of offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb's passing attack this year. He may even challenge DK Metcalf for most targets on the team in 2024. As for Shenault, he's more likely to make an impact on special teams, where he will be lining up with Dee Eskridge for the new kickoffs as a returner.
