The World Juniors Summer Showcase, which runs from July 26 to August 3, is hosted annually by USA Hockey and features teams from the U.S., Canada, Finland, and Sweden. The showcase gives skaters a chance to elevate their skills and qualify for their national teams in the 2025 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship, taking place in Ottawa, Ontario from December 26, 2024, to January 5, 2025.

During this year's Kraken development camp Forsfjall displayed impressive puck handling, and a furious drive to the net. Forsfjall is well known for his penalty kills and his ability to read the ice. The tenacious skater previously represented Sweden in the Under 18 and Under 20 World Juniors Championship.
