Fireworks: Eight July 4th events to celebrate the Fourth of July on the Treasure Coast

Fireworks will light up the sky from Sebastian to Stuart on Thursday, July 4, 2024. All July 4th events in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River counties are free unless otherwise noted.

SEBASTIAN FIREWORKS

Freedom Festival

• When: 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: Riverview Park, 600 U.S. 1
• What: Parade along Indian River Drive from Davis Street to Riverview Park at U.S. 1 and County Road 512 starts 8:30 a.m.; festival with live music, vendors and games from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

VERO BEACH FIREWORKS

Independence Day on the Indian River

• When: 1:30-4 p.m., 5-9 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: Riverside Park, 3001 Riverside Park Drive
• What: Food trucks, bounce houses, games, slides, live music, hot dog competitions, beer and wine, silent auction, annual pie-eating contest, fireworks synchronized to music

FORT PIERCE FIREWORKS

Stars over St. Lucie

• When: 6-9:30 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: Marina Square, 1 Avenue A
• What: Live music, food vendors

Patriotic Boat Parade

• When: Noon
• Where: Meet at the turning basin just north of the South Causeway Bridge at 11:30 a.m.
• What: Fort Pierce Yacht Club’s 14th annual event where boats are decorated in red, white and blue. Boaters should monitor Channel 72.

PORT ST. LUCIE FIREWORKS

Freedomfest

• When: 4-10 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Event Center, 9221 S.E. Event Center Place
• What: Live music, hot dog-eating contest, free laser tag, food and drinks, kids' zone

Tradition’s 4th of July Celebration

• When: 5-9 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: 10807 S.W. Tradition Square, Port St. Lucie
• What: Live music, a kids' zone, food vendors

St. Lucie Mets

• When: 6:10 p.m., fireworks after game
• Where: Clover Park, 31 Piazza Drive, Port St. Lucie
• What: Players wear specials jerseys to celebrate Independence Day. Pre-game softball game and homerun derby benefit Southeast Florida Honor Flight.

STUART FIREWORKS

Fire & Ice 4th of July

• When: 5-10 p.m., fireworks at 9 p.m.
• Where: Flagler Park, 201 S.W. Flagler Ave.
• What: Food trucks, live music on Riverwalk Stage from 5-10 p.m., children's activities from 5-8 p.m.; second annual golf cart parade at 10 a.m. costs $25 to enter
