Vicksburg, MS – Vicksburg Police Officer Payne stopped to help a citizen on Thursday afternoon and that citizen wanted to publicly thank them them for their efforts. On Thursday afternoon, community member Amie LaSalle made a post to social media about the incident. Somehow, LaSalle had an item stuck under their vehicle. LaSalle flagged down a marked unit. The officer stopped the vehicle and despite the wet and difficult situation, help LaSalle remove the limb.
