Because the franchise fees are ridiculous,not to mention some of the best "Stand & Serve" (Parks, corners & Municipal locations) are already owned & license to ppl, that again well only sell them for Hundreds of thousands of dollars!🤷‍♂️ There's really no money in routes like in the 80's or 90's, plus in the inner cities it's dangerous these days!
