KFC Is Expanding to Seguin

American multinational fast-casual chain KFC is planning to open a new location in Seguin, according to a recently submitted construction permit application.

Coming to 1300 TX-46 , the upcoming outpost will neighbor establishments such as Bill Miller BBQ, Burger King, and Whataburger.

What Now San Antoni o reached out to Mark Peterson , the Vice President at Desert de Oro Foods, Inc. — the franchisee behind the upcoming spot — to inquire about the outpost, but he could not provide further information before publication.

Renovations to the 1,923-square-foot site are set to begin on August 1 and to be completed by January 2025. For an estimated $350,000, the job will be carried out by local architecture firm Charles William Pope and Associates .
