Over 1,000 illegal marijuana plants seized in Siskiyou during traffic stop
SISKIYOU COUNTY, Calif. — A Sacramento man was arrested with over 1,000 illegal marijuana plants in Siskiyou County last Friday. The Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) says around 3:30 a.m. on July 19, a deputy noticed a white Mercedes Transit van swerving over the fog line along Interstate 5 north of Weed. The deputy tried to pull over the van, but the driver continued along I-5 for three miles before eventually coming to a stop, officers say.

Grants Pass, OR. – Official Release: On July 19, 2024, at about 9:19 PM, Dispatch received multiple emergency calls of a shooting that just occurred in the 1400 block of Rogue River Highway.
