Overnight car break-ins at downtown hotel leave guests on edge
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Louisville Metro Police are investigating a string of car break-ins at a downtown Louisville hotel. It happened early Sunday morning. LMPD spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said the original report of the break-ins came from the security guard at 4 a.m., but LMPD needed a victim present to take a report.
