Summer Art Camp will be held in two different sections: June 17-21 and July 15-19.

Times for both sections will be Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, 9 .a.m.-noon.

Lunch and snacks will be included. The fee for the entire week will be $150 per child, and enrollment is first come first serve.

Kids must be 8 years old and up.

According to program director Candi Duncan, participants will be able to get their hands involved with ceramics, wood sculpture, domestic arts and weaving.

“At least 8 art projects will be completed, but maybe as many as 20,” Duncan said. “It all depends on the pace of each child. We have spaces left in both the June and July camps.”

The camp is presented by the Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society and Charlie Lucas Tin Man Studio.
